Cupcakes & Baking

I'm not really interested when the time comes around to cook dinner but i believe there is always a reason to bake cupcakes! I used to just grab a packet-mix box add eggs and water and away I go, I have now started to bake from scratch as the flavours are so much tastier. It is something that i enjoy doing quite a lot, and it's a great way to pass the time on a rainy winter weekend. I am slowly improving and will continue to post new photos when i'm baking.
